Mental Health First Aid

Everyone has mental health, just like we all have physical health, but sometime we can experience mental health problems.  1 in 4 people will experience mental health problems at some point, this might be ourselves, a family member, a friend or a colleague, and lives can be affected by mental health problems or mental illness in lots of different ways.

First Aid for Mental Health training is suitable for everyone and we offer different levels of training depending on you or your organisations needs.  From Awareness of First Aid For Mental Health, becoming a designated Mental Health First Aider to Supervising First Aid for Mental Health, we can help you or your organisation be more confident in recognising when others may need help, and how to help them.

Our lead instructor has over 20 years experience as Mental Health Nurse and helping others with mental health problems and illness and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this training.

Full details of the courses we offer are detailed below, all fully accredited and Ofqual regulated.
